The Higher Education Commission (HEC) in Pakistan has started the third phase of its partnership with Coursera through the Digital Learning and Skills Enrichment Initiative (DLSEI). The program, launched in 2018, aims to provide Pakistani youth with high-demand skills for future jobs.Â
