Muhammad Ali Jinnah, The President Of All-India Muslim League 1906,

 Muhammad Ali Jinnah was born on September 11, 1876, in Karachi, British India (now Pakistan). 

He became the founder of Pakistan and served as its first Governor General from August 1947 until his death in 1948.

The name 'Jinnah' means 'the moon. His father died when he was young and he had formal education. He worked as a clerk at the local post office. 

In 1893, he joined the Muslim League and soon rose through the ranks of the organization. 

He was elected president of the All-India Muslim League in 1906. He led the movement for independence from Britain and helped draft the Lahore Resolution in 1916. 

After the Partition of India in 1947, he became the first governor-general of Pakistan.
